Hotel Policies


General Information:

·       The Anchorage Inn is a non-smoking environment.

·       Open year round.

·       No pets allowed.

·       Maid service begins at 9:30 am. Thank you for your cooperation.

·       Parking is available for guests, having checked out, who desire to use the beach.  A parking charge may apply.

·       Most rooms overlook the ocean and are within easy access to the beach.

·       Shopping areas are within a few moments drive and many fine restaurants are available within a short distance.

·       The Anchorage Inn and all its facilities are for registered guests only.

·       The Anchorage Inn has a modern sprinkler system for your protection.

·       The Anchorage Inn has an indoor Pool Side café, two indoor pools, and one outdoor pool, a fitness room.



·       Room tax is not included in the base prices shown.

·       Surcharges may apply over holiday and peak periods. The total rate may vary depending on number of guests in a room, use of cots or cribs, telephone calls, and other incidentals.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All room charges are payable in US Dollars.

·       Minimum stays may be required during certain peak periods.  Specific locations cannot be guaranteed for stays of less than 7 days.  Preferences however will be noted and every effort will be made to honor them as closely as possible. Early reservations will be a factor in establishing priorities.

·       Off-season GetAway packages are available on certain weekends.  Call for more information.

·       Cots and Cribs are available upon request for a $10.00 charge per evening. Cots and Cribs are not available in the Atrium building and the Owner’s Suite.

·       Check Out Time:   11 am.

·       Check In Time:  after 3 pm.

·       Call the hotel directly to purchase gift certificates for friends and family.



·       One night’s lodging per room is required to guarantee a reservation.

·       An advance deposit must be received within 10 days from the date the reservation was made. 

·       Personal checks may only be used as an advance deposit if received 14 days prior to arrival.

·       Master Card, Visa, and Travelers Checks are accepted upon arrival. Personal checks are not accepted upon arrival.  All charges are in US Dollars.

·       Should cancellation become necessary, we require 10 days notice prior to your date of arrival in order to ensure a refund of your deposit.

·       If cancellation becomes necessary within 10 days from your date of arrival, it is subject to forfeiture of your deposit. All refunds incur a $25 processing fee.


Internet Security:          Internet transactions used when transmitting personal information are encrypted and therefore are safe and secure. Credit Card information is not required to book a reservation.
